Description:

“Dropping” of the paint immediately after the application, generating an a uneven film.

Possible causes:

  1. Application of the paint under conditions of high humidity or application with temperatures under 5°C.
  2. Application on a very shine or smooth surface, generating the paint recently applied has no enough adhesion.
  3. Application of the paint on a contaminated surface.
  4. Over dilution of the paint.
  5. The air sprayer is not in good conditions, the press is not adjusted properly or the paint was applied at low speed.

Solution:

    • If you observe the sagging before the painting dries or if the painting is not in a advanced degree of dried, re-rolling or re-brushing to redistribute the excess of paint.
    • If the drops of paint have already dried, sand to smooth the surface and apply a new coat of paint.
    • Take into account the dilution recommended number of coats per product.
    • Check environmental conditions before painting.
    • Check the tools of application, especially if you are going to use air sprayer.
