What is Recol® AP-1?

Recol® AP-1 is a water base dispersion with a combination of active ingredients that have a wide spectrum of activity against the mildew produced by fungi and algae. 

In what paintings can Recol® AP-1 be used?

Only in water base paints. 

How is Recol® AP-1 applied? 

Recol® AP-1 must be added directly to paints, before the application. Before the application of the paint with Recol® AP-1, be sure there are no algae or fungi in the surface. If algae or fungi are present, eliminate them washing the surface with a 5% solution of blancher in water; rinse the surface, let it to dry perfectly and then apply the paint with Recol® AP-1. Use appropriate personal protection equipment.

Does Recol® AP-1 affect the performance of the paint?

Recol® AP-1 impacts only in the protection of the paint against mildew produced by fungi and algae; Recol® AP-1 does not generate changes in the color, stability or viscosity of the paint.
