Description

The dye for wood separates when it is mixed with the lacquer or does not incorporate easily. 

 

Posible causes

The lacquer is diluted with low quality thinner.
The application of the dye is not uniform.
The pressure of the air in the air sprayer is not properly adjusted.
The wood is wet.
The dye is mixed with low quality thinner.
 

Solution

Let the wood to dry very well.
Sand the surface until eliminating the imperfections.
Apply again the dye in a uniform way.
Adjust the pressure of installation.
Make sure to use good quality thinner.
