VINILCOL is a high quality water base paint, formulated with vinyl-acrylic emulsion, fillers, pigments and additives. It does not contain lead or mercury. When it dries, forms a solid film of relative opacity. It is especially formulated for interior applications, with suitable resistance to use; it has good adhesion, excellent hiding power, is washable and is available at a broad range of colors.
