Verify that the surface is dry, clean, free of dust, oil, grease, paint in bad condition, lime, carbide or any another contaminant agent.

In construction works, be sure the concrete has been applied at least one month before applying the product, avoiding residual moisture problems.

To repair, apply Neutral Recol® Plaster in thin coats with the aid of a metallic spatula or trowel until smooth the surface.

To stucco, apply Neutral Recol® Plaster from three to four coats in cross direction with the aid of a metallic spatula or trowel.

Allow a dry time of three hours between coats of Neutral Recol® Plaster.

Once the film of Neutral Recol® Plaster is dry, sand it to detail the surface and then clean the dust.

Finally, paint the surface with a water (Hidroplast, Recoltex, Vinilcol, Ecorecol, La Mejor) or solvent  (Esmalte Recol®) base paint, not before allowing the product to harden for at least 72 hours, protecting the coating from the water.
